Design Notes
The plan turns inward around a shaded courtyard, allowing full-height glazing on interior faces while the street elevation stays largely solid for privacy.
Passive cooling strategies include court ventilation, deep window reveals, and high thermal-mass block walls to reduce the cooling load ahead of any mechanical intervention.
